Platter Policy

  • Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice for orders. To guarantee any bespoke options or special requests, please allow at least 72 hours notice.
  • A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of order. Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
  • Platters will be served on high quality, rustic wooden boards. We will arrange for these to be collected after your event.
  • Please note any lost items will incur a charge.
  • Platters will be delivered between 1 hour- 30 minutes before your event begins.
  • Delivery outside of London will incur a delivery charge.
  • Please inform Platter London of any dietary requirements/ allergies prior to your event. We are more than happy to tailor to your dietary needs. All essential allergen information is available upon request.
  • Platters are made within the same kitchen, possible traces of allergens including nuts and cereals containing gluten.
  • Glassware, tableware and crockery are available to hire. Prices will be given upon request.
  • Please add a 10% surcharge on Sundays and Public holidays.
  • The deposit is non-refundable within a week of the order date.
  • Clients unable to place a deposit with be charged 20% of the order price if cancellations are made within 48hrs.

Bespoke Orders
Our bespoke platters are tailored to your needs to create a beautiful decorative platter combining your requests and Platter London’s expert suggestion. We will work with you to make the most outstanding platter that will delight both you and your guests.

Policy: Please allow a minimum of 1 weeks notice for bespoke platter orders. Our minimum price for bespoke platters is £250. We will provide a full quote upon order request.
